5/25/16To whom it may concern, *** ***, visited our store and financed a dining room set on 4/23/ The finance company does all its activity (document origination, application approval, billing etc) electronically After we originated the contact for *** ***'s purchase, she
was required to 3-sign the documents The computer system creates adn populates the consumer's signature on all documents. We contacted the consumer the following day to schedule the delivery date, and at that time, explained the functionality of an "e-signature The customer still insisted on canceling the sale The sale and contract we both canceled on 4/25.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: I have phone records showing that several calls were made to Today's Furniture within the time frame referenced I did NOT receive any phone call from Today's Furniture We were told by "Robert" at the East Norriton location that there was nothing they were going to do and that we should just dispute the charge I did not dispute the charge until November when I knew that Today's Furniture was not going to comply with their own policy and replace the table I have attached a picture of the damage (hole) on the side of the table
