Today's Nails

On Saturday August 29, I arrived at Today's Nails around 2pm I asked them how long was the wait for a pedicure and they told me no wait they will take me right now I sat there for minutes with my feet in the water before anyone else acknowledged me I stopped the guy working and asked him for more warm water and he sighed and rolled his eyes at me When They finally noticed me I asked him if I could show him the design I wanted and he said "no" in a rude tone I said yes I want to show you and he said no again and refused to look at it When I asked for my paraffin wax dip (which is on their pamphlet) he argued with me and told me they don't do that until winter He used the razor to cut the calluses off my feet and he held up the razor and said "gross" and pointed to how much skin he had shaved off At this point the lady next to me was complaining that her water was getting cold and no one he lid attention to her My massage, which included the hot oil massage, the hot stones, and the towels lasted only minutes altogether that includes my legs and both feet I spent more time with my feet in cold water then I did having someone pay attention to me He was rude the entire time
Then he had me move to a chair for my manicure I asked for the nails to be rounded and he squared them He only did the massage on one hand and told me he was done and then he showed me the cuticle he had to trim off and said "gross" at how much skin he had cut off
Then he had me return to the chair to have my toenails painted The lady picked a totally different color than I had picked and started painting I made her stop and it Then she gets done and the design looked nothing like the picture and to top it all off I had polish all over the skin of my toes She actually missed my toenail on every toe At this point I got up and let them know I was unhappy and said I was leaving They still were very rude with me and told me if I didn't pay for my services they were calling the police So I paid $for this treatment!!!!!!
I made a Facebook post about my experience and I had over people want on there saying they also had the same experience One lady told me she had to go somewhere else to actually get her nails healthy again This is absolutely ridiculous I work very hard
for my money and the way I was treated and be service I received is unforgettable And that is $I will never see again and a complete waste
