Hello my name is [redacted] with Today's StyleI am writing to respond to the complaint we receivedOur policy which is stated on the receipt and posted on our store front, states that we will gladly exchange merchandise within days from purchaseMr [redacted] came in on 2/16/with no store receipt and a pair of [redacted] shoes that showed damage of having been wornI explained to Mr [redacted] our policy and informed him of the steps he could take since the shoes were worn and Mr [redacted] himself admitted to waiting months to bring them back to our store, which would have put him past the ten day policy to exchange said itemI was never rude or gave Mr [redacted] the runaroundI told Mr [redacted] I would contact him on Monday with a solution, there was no answer so I left him a messageI myself inspect and enter every pair of [redacted] into our system and make sure they are in new and sellable conditionPlease contact me with any questions you may have thank you, ***
