We signed up with this company, and they got little things off our credit, but the problem we had waswe paid the start up and agreed to more payments, they took the payments out and then proceeded to take out more payments, never answered our emails, we finally had to close the acct they had for the paymentsThis was o\the only way to keep them from taking out more money After I wrote them tons of emails with no answer I threatened to take legal actions and I get a email back calling me names and telling me I was the one in the wrong, that they never took more payments, I sent them all the proof showing the payments taken out of my acct, and never received a answer back I tried several times and they would never answer so just be careful when dealing with this company The little things they cleared up we could have done, I don't believe it was worth the money, and I lost the extra payments I figured it would cost more to take them to court and would still never receive my money again beware of this company

of our process are the RESULTS our clients receive.  I have attached a thorough breakdown of exactly what occurred between 2/2014 - 10/30/2014.  I also included a few hard copy results that were received by [redacted] and [redacted] outlining our success.  These results were received by them and forwarded to us while we worked.  We also gave [redacted] and [redacted] free identity and address verification services.  If they seek to strive for credit perfection then there are more steps needed, but at this point it seems as though they may not be a good fit for our system.  We appreciate their business and wish them the best, but in order for us to move forward helping them, we must ensure they understand this complaint was unnecessary, quite frankly wrong, but most importantly negatively impacted our partnership and their own progress.
