This entire transaction was very poorly handled from the beginning with Today's Flooring. There were issues with the quality of the work done, there were issues with the timing it took to get them out to do the flooring, as well as issues we had all along the way. We had one of our many issues and asked AJ with their company to come out and look at it. At that time, it was noticed that water had accumulated between the wood flooring and the flooring that Today's Flooring had put down. Upon further evaluation, we learned that Today's Flooring had not checked the floors water levels prior to putting down the floor. The house had previously been for sale, and one of the restoration companies that came out said they had checked with the flooring's water saturation in the past and found it to be saturated prior to any flooring being put down. I was not aware of any of this, but my expectation was that the company I had contracted with to do the flooring would have noticed this prior to putting down the flooring. At that time, AJ told my sister that he and his company hadn't spent enough time on the floor, or done a good enough job for us, and were willing to give us a full refund on the flooring, materials and labor. They have since backtracked on their commitment, and only said they would only put the floors back down. With the work they did, having them do anything on floors for anybody is a huge concern. I have presented them with 3 options and they have refused to cooperate and stand behind their company, or services rendered. They have held steadfast in the redoing the work, but that trust of their ability to get the job done is broken. I am OK with them putting down the floors as I am going to sell the home or re rent, but my preference is full refund for all materials and labor, as I currently have no floor and no renters for the last 2 months due to my flooring issue. Refund I have presented them with 3 solutions, and none of them are to their liking. So as it is, I have no floor and I have already lost 2 months of renting. The job was poorly done, and my preference is for them to issue refund for all materials and labor, take their poor work and materials, and call it a done deal. I paid for a floor, and materials, and labor, and due to their inadequate work, currently have nothing to show for that work.

AJ told me on 2/5 that he was going to be reaching out to his lawyer and would get back to me. At that time, I opened the Revdex.com case as he has proven on multiple occasions to not be truthful with next steps, not follow up on what he says, and in general provide very poor customer service. I am somewhat at awe at how this gentleman and company are still doing business. I have a rental home with a floor that I paid well over *** for and have nothing to show for it, literally, no floor of the *** I spent with this company.
