I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I appreciate the change in attitude and as the bed was completely boxed, I feel the driver did everything he could to help. I have had my brother in law add more slats and plywood to the base and it is working adequately at this time. Thank you for your time.

Review: I recently purchased a bed frame and headboard on my credit card at Today's Furniture and Accesories. The bed frame and headboard was delivered and assembled, and it was NOT as described by the owner of Today's Furniture OR as shown to me when purchased. It was assembled with half as many pieces as I was originally shown at purchase and screws and hardware were missing. It was, essentially, NOT the item I agreed to at time of purchase. When I contacted the owner, [redacted], to let him know that this was not the bed that I had agreed upon on purchase, he stated that I could come in and buy another bed at the same price, or higher, but he would NOT credit my credit card if the bed was returned. At this pont, if the item is returned, unless I chose to buy a higher priced item, I am being charged for an item that was not what I paid for, regardless of return.Desired Settlement: Credit amount refunded for return of purchase.
