The customer then charged back the credit card charge twice, prior to informing us that the material he had received was damaged. Per company policy, if the customer calls in to complain about damage, we schedule a service visit. If we find damage on any of the products, it is per company policy to replace the item or to provide a full refund, up to the customer's preference. We reached out to the customer once we were notified by the credit company of the charged-back, left a voicemail but never heard back from the customer. After disputing the first charge-back, we received another charge-back notification, still without hearing from the customer. We continuously attempted to contact the customer in order to mend the situation, but failed to reach them. I am rejecting this response because: I have phone records showing that several calls were made to Today's Furniture within the time frame referenced.  I did NOT receive any phone call from Today's Furniture.  We were told by "Robert" at the East Norriton location that there was nothing they were going to do and that we should just dispute the charge.  I did not dispute the charge until November when I knew that Today's Furniture was not going to comply with their own policy and replace the table.  I have attached a picture of the damage (hole) on the side of the table.
