The furniture customer purcharge was not a used, not a damaged, irregular. Two twin bed, dresser mirror on nitestand on special order from manufacturer made.

customer came to our store. Walkin met me, my name: Macy salelady and manager. See the bed room set has been set up on the show room (Bed in Queen Size). they look over, open the drawers, watch the color. They like it and place a special order. This order was 2 twinsize bed (including head boards, foot board, rail) 1 Dresser mirror, 1 nitestand. Not sale is $400.00 delivery to more no valley area, set them up on the room cost $100.00, sale tax $99.00. Total $9,300 in invoice #XXXXXX style, color and note is special order was been wroten down very clearly on the invoice. Had special big letter say Special order. No exchange. No refund. She read all note as well she agree and signature done.
Merchance was been delivery and set up comped on 5/13/15 They did check it out and sign for received. The next day customer call and bring back the nitestand because one drawer wasn't clossing good. She also complaint about the dresser don't had the wood board cover in side bottom each drawer we try to explain that was the way company make it... The styles she want maybe too expensive up to $5,000.00. and now no more manufactory made like that kind. She double check the dresser on show room display. She agree to Exchange the another one (order the new one, not on the show room display). later one week we had new dresser, new nitestand go delivery for her home. But her spouse denied to accept event don't let driver bring inside. The goods nothing wrong She call back and request do more support on the rail. We try to explain that now manufactury they made alway like that. But we try to get her happy, we accept one more exchange we reorder new ona and manufactory they made more carefully. Before we delivery the dresser and nite stand. We call her to come to check it out. She came ... look, touch every where, open each drawer, check, touch each drawer in side, out side... Finally she accepted. The day delivery we carefully to write down the separate paper work that she did check; she accepted and time warranty of manufactury. She did sign ok and signature on 6/23/15. Every done very well.
On another day later she call back complain about the collor doesn't matching perfect. We explain to her about collor look like that because material made by pine wook with oil stain collor. It not the painting! or I stain go through differen, difference pice of wood may appear different since, same place is darker or lighter. Finaly she want return the dresser with refund to her $500.00 for she go to buy on another store. We try made her happy we accept but just $600.00 dollar, we charge on sale not $500.00. Three day later she call back,she said she shop around the price more expensive. We said because we sell for her the very low price. But her spouce keep change their mind on the goods the order. They want cancel everything get money back. We did try the best the best to serviced with honestly, patience to make the customer happy. But she still want money back with nothing wrong on the furniture they purchase!!!
To resolve this issue for custoemr happy we accept the dresser, mirror return get the money back in price had been sale was $400.00 plus sale tax $33.00 Total refund $433.00 Please understand for business. Thank a lot.

The set was on sale its on the showroom price tag is $999- included: Queen size bed, 1 dresser, 1 mirror 1 nitestand. She want order 2 twin bed, 1 dresser 1 mirror, 1 nitestand (The twin bed in this styles we never had a sale before and after) That the special order and The price became $11,000
Again, we did call the manufacturing said the problem they did take care, send another dresser (two time) for exchange. We're also do the best to adjust, refinish for better and delivery back to them three times. The last dresser, she came to the store check it out very carefully, open any drawers, toughing any where in side,out side.She did sign in the paper accepted it for delivery back for her.
All picture she send. It all the same with the merchandise we having on the showroom demo. The styles, the material, the wood stain, the way the made. [redacted] she know that. But her spouse want in side the dresser on the bottom the drawer must have the wood board cover around. Manufactury never did this styles like he want.
To resolve this problem customer should call, contact direct with the manufactory complaint about quality, the way they made, etc. we're the furniture resale store. We do the right thing in business., take care the best of the best already we did. - We can't not take it back and refund full money like she want.

I was trying to send a response on 11/12/15 but my computer was acting up. So I'm faxing this on 11/13/15. The price on the set said 1150.00 She said you have your choice of what size bed. She displayed queen size with the set on the floor. I told her I wanted twin beds. We had been looking at furniture all day, Jeromes, Ashley, Mathis Bros, and American Furniture Company, I was going to another store but I stopped in there to look. Some bedroom sets only come in certain size. She said it was our choice in that set you can get in 4 sizes. I only wanted one night stand so she said not 1150.00 just 1100.00 But she writes to you that the other night stand same kind was $150.00? So she takes off 50 and charges me $150.00 for the one. Some weeks have past from me calling 5/13/2015 her to resolve these problems. We called the same day before 5:00 the same day ... this damaged furniture to my house. He had to go more deliveries in Moreno Valley he says never staging for us to check anything. The first dresser sat in my house for 6 weeks. While she was on the country, family problems, not here, etc. I called so many times and went down there so many times. The first time I went on 5/14 she out of country until after 5/27. I kept calling and going by there. She was very rude talking loud telling me I want perfect, I should have spent 5000.00 for that, I was being difficult that is how company she got it from makes it!! No one complains in 10 years just me. I asked over 20 times for my money back she said she going to make me a happy customer. She would never give me and my spouse our money back. My spouse called one time on 5/13 spoke to ESLA she told him there would be a 30% re-stocking fee. When Macy called us back she talked to my husband told him she was out of the country. But the number on our caller ID was there store down the street 1 1/2 blocks down. It was being clearanced out when I went in there one day after calling and going to the today store looking for her. I saw the same 2 delivery guys and the salesman/repairman in there. (Later I saw the guy who told me he fix the dresser that was in the dark back room. Same problems, splinters, drawers dont fit, did not see color stain until he bought it and put it in the backroom. My husband told macy that we wanted our money back on 5/14 because he said no one sells anyone something on false pretense like that. He told her we gave you our hard earned money with honesty and your company was scamming us. He never spoke to them again. She wrote I know that, the furniture was a scam and she knew that not us because no one would give anyone that kind of money for irregular, damaged furniture $1300.00 the whole ordeal has been a devastating nightmare. It has caused us a financial burden because we are trying to save for other furniture I was buying for my house. Now I am trying to save to buy another bedroom set for my grand daughters. The 2nd dresser she bought to my house had a big chunk of broken wood on the front I took a picture & sent it too you. I also took a picture of the stain against the night stand to show the very mismatched color. The inside has the same problems as the first one. Drawers dont fit, wood splints put on side of every drawers. How could a company that has been in business (Best Quality Furniture)for 25 years the website from the info she provided finally on 11/3/2015 to the Revdex.com that she refused to give me. I was told it was private info. I am 57 years old and have bought a lot of furniture over the years for my homes. But never have I ever been robbed and scammed like this. She never talked to my spouse, I told her all the things that was wrong and she knew that when she went and bought it. She states how she tried to ad just it and refinish it for better. Why would you do that for furniture that was nothing wrong with it she states? If she knew on 5/13 & 5/14 the furniture was in poor condition why would she go & get more in poor condition, dangerous, broken and not working properly? She had a attitude with me because I complained she did not get anything one week later bought damaged dresser to our house after and my spouse inspected it and would not let him put the display ED damaged furniture. The delivery guy (her son) got mad. The paper they said I signed on 6/23/15 was not shown to me or signed by me until 6/24/2015. At the same time we were speaking to the delivery man (her son) about it. He got a attitude with my spouse because he told him to take it back it does not match the set. The man was rude and I signed for a what he said was a warranty. After he left abruptly I was reading the paper and it was not what they said. I went to work the next day 6/25 and delivered to them papers that said the fake warranty was null and void. Macy was not there for a lot of the situations she was responding to the Revdex.com about. A lot of the statements are untrue. I felt what they were doing was wrong and I did not agree. They kept telling me they were going to make things right and happy. But all along they were scamming and frauding us willfully and intentionally with malice. I felt like there was no one to report her to until my spouse said again we need to file a complaint on the furniture company. We never changed our find on what we were lead to believe was new finely manufactured furniture. They were saying it was the company that made the furniture wont give me our money back. She had no intention of doing anything right just scamming us!! I know she has done this to a lot of people because my co-worker said that is a lousy place, and there was always no customers in the store. I wish I had knowed that before she scammed me out of $1300.00 I want my total money back, I want her business license revoked.
