I receiv** a letter dat** October 25th, 2017 in the mail On Tuesday, October 31, 2017, regarding a complaint fil** by one of my clients, [redacted], to the Revdex.com office.** is correct in stating I did an estate sale for him and his wife back in early August (specifically August 10th & 11th). On...

August 13th customers pick** up items in which we accept** bids for. On August 15th, we work** at removing all the unsold items from their home and prepar** it for the new owners. We donat** items and sent items to a consignment place so that the client could obtain more revenue. We end** up selling a few more additional items while cleaning out the home. A few more items were going to be pick** up at the TLS warehouse on the following week (August 23, 2017). Firewood and a rack was left in the garage and sold the following day. Their snow blower was sold after Labor Day weekend. (I believe on September 7th I receiv** this money). Their contract states I have 21 business days (weekends and holidays do not count) from the last transaction date. A transaction is the last thing we did for them, which means they should have receiv** their reports by October 6th, 2017. In September I spoke with [redacted] wife), she was exit** she had found a job in Florida but had not yet start**, she is such a lovely woman. At that time she want** to know if they ow** me any money for the services perform**. I stat** I had not yet complet** the reports but I assur** her she did not and that TLS was bless** with continu** business.The month of September and October has been very difficult for TLS. We lost 4 members of our team, one via a new job, one to a stroke, one to a move and one to a broken foot! TLS is a small organization with no overhead staffing. I complet** their reports, however I had miss plac** their donation receipts which ne[redacted] to go with the packet. When I spoke with ** on Tuesday, October 17th, I told him I would have the reports in the mail and he would have the following week. Unfortunately, I did not call to tell him I had not gotten the information in the mail. Nor had I told him I misplac** the donation receipts. In hindsight, I should have there just wasn’t enough hours in the day.** sent an e-mail to me over the weekend of October 21 or 22, 2017 which I did not respond to him. (ONLYbecause I didn’t even open the email until Tuesday the 24th,) Tuesdays are the days I try and conduct my administrative duties while the warehouse is open or in the evening, otherwise I am with clients all day long.** call** me again on Tuesday October 24th, 2017 leaving me a very threatening message. Unfortunately, my TLS business phone is a cell phone; therefore, if I am conducting a text message, or making another call or doing a cr**it card transaction at the same time someone is calling, the call goes right to voice mail and there is no log on the phone showing I miss** a call, but the next it will show there was a miss** call. So when I actually receiv** his threatening message it was W**nesday morning. By then, his treats and promises had already been act** upon by him! (Which I was unaware of!) On W**nesday morning at 6:15 amon October 25th, I sent both him and his wife a text messages, stating I would make sure his paperwork went in the mail and I apologiz** again for not getting it out the prior week, and for not contacting them sooner. By 9 am I was at the post office only to discover I couldn’t read **’s writing and the zip code and city didn’t match up. I then text** him asking what the exact address should be and he provid** me with a different address than the one I had on file. I went back home got another envelope, put the new address on, went back to the post office and had a receipt for the envelope by 10:13 am on October 25th, 2017. The expect** delivery was 10/28/2017. I took a picture of the receipt and the packet and text** it to ** after dropping it at the post office.In hindsight, I should have let them know I wasn’t able to get them their paperwork in a timely manner. A lesson well learn** as a small business owner. I have apologiz**, I have sent them their money and their packet of information, I provid** them with the transition services they ne[redacted] and want**. I have receiv** a text message from his wife stating they receiv** the packet on October 28th, just as the post office had stat**.I have complet** the clients “Desir** Outcome” along with the “Desir** Settlement” as stat** in the letter I receiv** from the Revdex.com. (all of which was done prior to receiving this letter) **’s verbal treats and promises for contacting you along with slandering my name on social m**ia have all come true. In looking at our TLS face book posts I see that there were some threatening remarks from Christine Hansen’s face book , stating “Be careful of this women, She will cheat you” and in another post he wrote “Be careful of this woman she is a thief”.I am not sure if a business can ask for a “desir** out come and settlement” by the client, but it would be nice if this client would post a retraction of the above posts.I may not have been timely in providing them with their financial information, but I am not a cheat, nor am I a thief. I have, however learn** a valuable lesson as a small business owner that I should have communicat** my circumstances to them.In the end, I have wish[redacted] and [redacted] well and pray they find peace in their new journey. I know in my heart who and what I am.
