to hospital policy, the bill was then forwarded to a collection agency (Trustmark). They made several attempts to collect the money. The account was then sent to a second collection agency (Senex). They also reached out to Ms. [redacted] for payment with no response.
Due to no response, the account was reported to the credit bureau.
We are following up with the collection agencies to ensure they have the correct dates of service.

This was filed into my bankruptcy so if they didn't get the paperwork sayingredients this account was include new the bankruptcy that's not my fault this debt been settled in the bankruptcy

We have no documentation of receiving a bankruptcy notice from Ms. [redacted]. However in response to this correspondence, our Central Business Office called the bankruptcy line and verified Ms. [redacted]'s Chapter 7 bankruptcy on June 30, 2012.
The account in question does not qualify for a bankruptcy adjustment because it occurred on December 14, 2012, after the bankruptcy. Chapter 7 bankruptcy does not allow for adjustments after the bankruptcy date.

They Installed windows and a new door. All impact glass. They did a nice job and all the workers were nice and kept work areas clean. Herman [redacted] visited the job several times and did the measurement and design. I probably would not have taken the time to right a review (I know shame on me), but I was at Revdex.com looking for a roofer and saw they were a Revdex.com business.
