We can understand the frustration that Mrs [redacted] is feeling, as she has experienced several construction related issues and miscommunication by the service team trying to correct these issues. We recognize that this home is their vacation home and the only time to complete service items are unfortunately during their vacation time or work time, which can cause additional stress. Schell Brothers has every intent to correct these concerns, which are some drywall and paint touch-ups on the kitchen ceiling, front porch overlay, and to help with drainage concerns in the backyard. Schell Brothers can have these items completed as soon as possible with the approval from the [redacted] 's. I can also understand that time is one thing we cannot get back and I realize how valuable it is. I would like an opportunity to discuss a reasonable compensation for this time with the [redacted] 's, as I don't feel that it's an unreasonable request by them. I strongly feel that we can complete the remaining items fairly quickly and have a discussion about a reasonable compensationThank you and look forward to working together to complete these last remaining items[redacted] [redacted]
Good afternoon, Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this concern and the opportunity to work on finding resolution to the ***'s home issues I met with Mrand Mrs [redacted] at their home this morning to review their outstanding "punch list" items from settlement and to review the home inspection report I felt that we had a very productive and positive meeting, hopefully leading us into the right direction The ***'s had agreed to continue to work with us, allowing us the opportunity to correct the past, current, and home inspection items identified today After reviewing and discussing the items today, we are on schedule for start work tomorrow Tomorrow will be the start, but with some lead-time items on order, there will be other scheduled days needed to fully complete all of the items We appreciate the opportunity to work together with the ***'s to complete their "punch list" items, and moving in a positive direction.
