time management on my part, their winning payout was delayed far longer than it should have been. The winnings were sent last week via express mail.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate what you do as a company, and though this particular situation was easily resolved, I am glad that people have you as a resource when they have a grievance that needs to be addressed.
