No the company has not contacted meThe last communication I had was a
email on 4-**-which stated she has been calling me but I don't answerI am willing to take a polygraph and willing to show all phone records, she has my number and has not been calling it. Today, 4-**-15, I called the company twice, they do not answer, I believe they have no staffI have called repeatedly last week as well, no responseThe only emails I get are emails with empty messages and finally one on 4-**-stating in a very friendly manner, which is not like the company representative in question at all as she is often rude in her emails, stating she needs to contact me or can't complete the order and that she has tried to call me repeatedly and I do not answerThis statement is not true, I have a phone that notes all calls and can prove no calls other than family have been made to me, she has my new number ###-###-#### as I am sending as proof in the attached emailsee belowI feel the company is very relaxed in their dealings , to me it seems as if they are purposely taking time, when I have in the past stated, either give me my glasses or refund all of our money, she ( *** ***) goes off with her protocol of, wellif we refund your money we are taking out feesyadda yadda yaddaI have emails stating further back before I contacted the Revdex.com I believe, from *** *** that she would give us the lenses for free due to the month hassle we have been going through so I ask you, if they have my money for the frames, and they have the order number, they have pictures of what the glasses are to look like and, they have my prescription, ( by the way they claim they lost my first set of medical records along with my lengthy letter because the neighbor apparently took the returned glasses, the first pair they sent wrong, and took everything from itnice hauh?,) so then why are we nearly months later ( glasses ordered in December of today is April **, 2015), why are we still waiting and why would they have to contact me before finishing them...?

Review: ,My daughter [redacted] purchased eyeglasses foir me in January for my birthday after I began to lose my sight for the first time in life. She wanted me to feel better and bought me a very expensive $285 dollar ( I believe) frome of LA Font eye glasses which were to have a turquoise blue metal frame with a brown / tortoise shell plastic framing around the eyes. The company took her money and sent the wrong glasses, they sent dark blue metal frames with a red plastic frame, something ugly I as a Paralegal would never wear.. We sent them back and gave them my credit card info twice to pay for the lenses for the correct glasses, we waited nearly three months now and today they finally send glasses to us but, the frame is NOT the right one again ( and [redacted] , who is the supervisor I have been emailing about the correct lenses and frames since January attached the correct glasses in a photo in her email and had me confirm which frames we were supposed to have been shipped so they knew ) furthermpre, they did not add the bifocal prescription I asked for which was the polycarbonate lens with the bifocal prescription we had sent them twice and the line left in the glasses.... as I need them for reading....We are sick of the attitude we get from [redacted], the lack of care and the fact we have still, three months later, not received the correct frames or ;lenses, we either want a full refund or preferably, the CORRECT frames and lenses sent to us in less than 3 months... please , please help.... The emails they send me are sent late evenings, I don't know what company works sending out emails at 9pm or 10 pm NY time so I am not even sure this company is legitimate.... thanks for anything, you may be able to do, we are so frustrated....Desired Settlement: either a full refund or.... I would prefer to have the glasses we are trying to have sent , the tortoise shell and turquoise blue frames with the poly carb lenses bifocal prescription they have and the line left in... please help.....That was a lot of money for us and a special gift after my surgery and as I said the onset of my vision loss..... we even bought slippers for the hospital to match the glasses so I will look nice when I am there for treatments.... thank you....
