First of all we did not have a written estimate that was provided from [redacted] from [redacted] ***We did not have a claim number all we knew was it was [redacted] and we repaired it to by [redacted] standardsWhen the son came to pick up there was no information as to who was paying the bill After minutes on the phone we did get in touch with a Representative of [redacted] and said there was a EFT sent through to usAfter getting claim number we were able to track the payment which was shortBarry B [redacted] told the customer since he was in a rental to stay in it until we get this figured out because Jeff was the person that handled this and he would be back in on MondayAs we thought everyone was fine with itToday March 26th Jeff got in touch with [redacted] and was going to release the vehicle to them todaySince we got this complaint Jeff told customer that he would not release the vehicle until she contacted Revdex.com to rescind statement and [redacted] releases the final payment

To reply to [redacted] ***s' concerns , we do off warranty on all our workBut our written warraty clearly states we do not cover car rentalIn this case and all warranty issues we offer free loaners as we did in this case, he said no and chose to get into rental insteadWe spoke to him many times and said the same thingWhy doesn't he ask his insurance comapny to pay his rental? Maybe he chose not to take out the extra coverage.Sincerely, Jeff T***
