I have to recommend that everyone stay away from this dentistHe does not listen to concerns or needs and I received very poor work from him

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] the agreement states that during the procedure if there are any changes that must be made that affect... the procedure or cost the patient will be immediately told. I was not and was not given the choice for the doctor to continue at the higher cost of $850 per tooth instead of $450 per tooth as told at the begging of the appointment. I believe it was not done in a correct manner as to be ethical and that the original price is what I should have been charged

Disgruntal and rude hygienistThe dentist was very abrupt and judgmental with me and the previous patient'sNo privacy, as he leaves te doors open and from the waiting room, one can hear the entirety of the procedures and conversationsHe was almost sadistic in his approach to my broken tooth extractionHe yanked and pulled, jarring my cheeks and gums with his toolsAnd then after he finally gets it out in pieces, he says I will have to fish out remaining bone fragments myself and that because I smoke, pain medication will NOt work on me and that I should go buy some clove oil! Talk about mid-evil treatment! It's been almost a week, and my mouth still hurts and the advil I have been popping like candy for the pain and swelling, is starting to not work anymoreStay as far away from this DDS! He might be one of the only.Medicaid providers in town but so not worth it for his sub-par, sadistic, mid-evil care! Two thumbs down!!!

used same dental instruments without sanitizing anythingdid not wash his hands even after seeing more than 15 people that I know ofwore same green gloves after every patient he did not have cash on hand charged me $150 I gave him $160 he gave me $2 back and said he owed me $8 did not get receiptbathroom filthy no soap or toilet paper or towels to dry my hands receptionist area filthy did not close examining room door so everyone in the waiting room knew all my personal business yelled at customer on the phone because he owed her $650 and would not pay customer very rude loud obnoxious condensendingafraid I might have contacted something because of dirty environment
