To: Cincinnati Revdex.com and [redacted] *** This is the second time [redacted] *** has called me a liar I have not once lied to her and will I never lie to any guest or client if we would have done the damage to the her car, I would have been more then happy to file the claim to have the damages repaired We did not cause the damage to her car based on the statement from the Carstar company, that the damage hit from underneath our garage has painted walls, and no curbs are in our garageAs I said before we back in all of the vehicles into there spots it would have had paint transfer on her bumper and there would be new damage to the end of the bumper if we damage her car Her crack is on top of the bumper next to other damages that was there prior to her valeting her car with us The damage was mark on our Ticket that I submitted previously No WE DO NOT Fudge marks on our tickets [redacted] has not once ask for any video to see The only time that I have spoken to [redacted] was to get her information about her car, so I could investigate the claim Then I called her back to let her know that the damage was not done by our staff, she then proceeded cuss me out on the phone while she was in line at the grocery store The only cameras in the garage are on the entrance and exit of the garageIt is an public garage open to all to park Neither our company or the hotel owns the garage it is owed by a 3rd party and manage by a different company I am truly sorry that you had prior damage to your car but it was not caused by us, therefore I will not be paying for any damages/restitution on this claim.SincerelyMichael S.Towne Park

To whom it may concern,
I have spoken with *** *** back in November when
she called about damage to her bumper. There
was pre-existing damage to her bumper and other parts on her car. The
claim was made after *** *** had left property. I called *** *** the next Day to get her information
so I could investigate the claimAfter
the investigating was done I call her back to let her know it would not be a claimable
claim to file
There was pre-existing damage where she
said that her bumper was cracked(if you review the attach pictures, the
claimed damage is on top of the bumper not on the end) we never used her trunk. If the crack came from us there would be new
damage to the end of the bumper, as we back in all of our vehicles into the
parking spots
All claims must be presented before the
vehicle leaves the facility/property
Due to
the pre-existing damage to the Vehicle bumper and the damage was marked on the
ticket when the *** *** valet her vehicle with us. This would not be a claim that would be fillable
