We have known and done business with Todd Edwards A/C for over 10 years at 2 different residences in the Scottsdale area. They have performed new AC and Air Handler installs for us with excellence, as well as provided top notch preventative maintenance sevices and very quick response and immediate help when we had an emergency call one time.
They treat their existing customers as part of the family. It is a pleasure to speak and do business with them. Service is always top notch and done right. They have the highest level of integrity, and care about the reliability of our systems, and the health and safety of our family.
We have recently purchased a property in the Prescott area and are delighted that Todd Edwards can provide service to us there as well. We called them immediately after closing to do an inspection and had a digital thermostat installed the first week there.

This company was very unresponsive to a request for service and in fact it took them multiple days to commit to having a technician come to repair a broken AC unit. There solution was turn the unit off until we get there. It is 105 degrees outside! When they did schedule it was a 3 hour block of time to arrive.....then what would the repair time be? This would end up being a full day on my behalf. I called 5 other AC companies and each of them could have a technician out to me the same day as I called them. I would not recommend this company at all. Very poor customer service and not interested in quality work.

3 times my unit went to blowing barely-cool air, couldn't keep up and ran constantly. I shut it off for a couple hours, then it was ok. I called on a Friday and had an apt for Monday between 10 - 2 (just so you know the technicians don't know how long the previous repairs are going to take until they get there) the 4 hour window is understandable. Todd was here for 2 hours I think, maybe more. Cleaned coils, installed drip trap for condensation drain, adhered and taped lose insulation that was causing partial blockage, topped off refrigerant and even lifted and levelled the unit itself. Now THAT's thorough! I won't tell you the screaming deal I got, but I'm a customer forever!

I reside in [redacted] and have had Todd Edwards Air Conditioning install and maintain my Heating and Cooling Systems for over ten years. Prior to retiring, I was in Commercial Development and Construction so I am well familiar with this HVAC Trade. Todd Edwards is the most reputable, reliable HVAC Service Company I've encountered. Their service techs are honest and trustworthy. I consider their work to be excellent. Since residing in [redacted], I have purchased three units from them and other than regular maintenance they've always so consistently provided, I have not had a breakdown or problem with any equipment they've installed. I find their pricing reasonable and competitive (people always get what they pay for). I would never hesitate to recommend Todd Edwards to family or friends. Although it is a small firm, it is big in terms of quality installs, service and maintenance. It's service techs have always been most honest and have done their work with integrity. I would rate them as one of the best as they strive to only do quality work and try to please their customer.
