Good afternoon, This is in response to a letter I received from the Revdex.com a few days ago.The customer ( [redacted] - also copied here) stated that he was charged $instead of the correct amount of $The extra money was actually not charged Our credit card processor authorizes a little above the actual amount of the charge; this happens to all customers who pay by credit card This is in case the final bill is higher than what is initially authorized The authorization drops off within business days It should have dropped off of the customer's account by nowPlease let me know if I can assist furtherThank you Jeannie S
