I am rejecting this response because it is incomplete Yes Christine has reached out to me and we had a good conversation that was enlightening and encouraging I don't think Rejected is the right answer but satisfied is further as that says things are resolved when in reality, it is just now being addressed and investigated More to come and dialogue started is the better answer

I am rejecting this response because I have already attempted to resolve this matter directly with the Rochester Mayo Clinic
Billing Department. They told me they have no record of the refund, so they rejected my complaint. They also asked for a copy of the check. I sent them the check information to no avail. I shouldn't be having these kinds of issues with the Mayo Clinic and I certainly shouldn't be treated so disrespectfully. Every time I contact them, they ask me to do their job. They make no effort to correct billing mistakes which has gone on for months and people need to know what is going on here

I am rejecting this response because:The business has reached out to me and stone-walled meThere's no point in giving them a waiver under these circumstancesThey offered no rescission or atonement at allThey maintain their narcissistic attitude of placing Being Right above Doing RightThis is my first experience with the Mayo ClinicI'm shocked to see people who represent such a prominent brand behave this wayClearly these aren't the same people who built the brandIt's very simple: Give someone what you promised or give them their money back ie: specific performance or rescissionIf I strike out here, I'll have to look into what's next
