Dear *** ***,Thank you for suggesting to reject company’s response.I am not satisfied Manhattan Lexus’s response at all.Because they haven’t close our old account with Lexus Financial, then the Financial keep sending us letter that we owe two months payment and also they will charge another one month payment on August ***.We made new lease on June *** and at that time they supposed to close our old lease account with Lexus FinancialBut they didn’t.We already paid two months payment for old account since then and we have kept asking to close our account.I’d like them to close our account immediately and pay back two month payment right now. *** ***
