Larry C. was incompetent and very rude. He was not knowledgeable, overpriced and could not complete the job. He ven left his tools behind and had to return. These people should not be in the business of scamming people out of their money. They claimed to not be able to complete a home inspection and had to return to finish the job, of course billing extra money for that. I would recommend that people are warned and there is obviously a reason they are not accredited by the Revdex.com. I am very dissapointed and would never use them again.
Return of $65 out of the total paid.
#1. Todd Homes did not complete a Home Inspection on the property listed.
#2. Homeowner thinks we did the Home Inspection and now charging to inspect the electrical panel but was not Todd Homes that inspected this home.

thru a realtor to inspect the electrical panel, customer asked how much it was going to cost I replied $65.00 she said we are not paying anything so I told her I would just leave.
#4 I called the husband and he agreed to pay the $65.00 on the correct property address which is not the one listed.
#5 The original inspectors could not inspect the panel because a shelf was built in front of the panel and would charge more than our company to come back out and inspect.
I used Todd homes on a referral from a friend. Very professional and very thorough. The expertise level was great. they pointed out all major items and minors ones as well. They informed me what the estimated cost would be to repair the items if I choose, I thought that was very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

The worst! Waited a year to write this review so I wasn't so angry when I did. Long and short of it if you don't hire this company you won't regret it. Their approach to a project loosely revolves around chaos, over budget and uttering the phrase " Not sure we do that".
First few days were great. Top notch workers who cared. After a few days they switched out our team to lesser motivated employees. My wife and I are friendly people who want those who work for us to enjoy their day. Some guys took it as free reign to speak their minds, from why they thought our house was garbage or talk down to us to make themselves feel better. I am positive none of them could shell out what we paid for our house. But yet that never stopped them. The other thing they liked to do was constantly talk down to my wife. Most days they would stop working by 2:45 or 3 and sit and smoke and complain about life. Plumping contractor was rude, unprepared (took him 2 full days to find a jackhammer) and horrible. Job site clean up was almost non-existent. End of job removal (which we were charged for) consisted of my wife and I hauling the trash out ourselves. Doors and soffits they installed were not close to being square and Todd would not correct it without charging us as if it was a new job. Finish work was on a childlike level (wall outlets held in with one screw to stud etc). Constantly borrowed tools that they ultimately ended up stealing. Most schedule and budget overages, of which there were many, were justified or explained with shoulder shrug and vague attempts at double speak. Don't waste your time.
