At this time, I have been contacted...

directly by Todd Merrill Antiques & Associates regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I got an email from [redacted] asking me  if I have a [redacted] account.  He said that is the fastest way to send me money that day.
The date was December [redacted] 2015.  I responded that I did not have an account and would he send me a check.  I have not
heard anything else not received a check.  Today is January [redacted] 2016.

Review: I placed [redacted] century furniture with this company to sell. This was on November [redacted] 2012. It sold on July [redacted] 2015. I was not notified and saw the fact of sale online. Payment according to contract says 30 days. I was very patient and have called and emailed with the promise of payment. The last conversation was that I [redacted] be paid. I have asked what that means and they have repeated I [redacted] be paid and am on the short list. It is now halfway through December 2015 without anything. I am really tired of waiting as there is no end date that they are giving me. It seems so unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid in full as promised.

Review: Todd Merrill sold a Paul Evans console for me and I have not received payment. It was just be chance that I found out they sold it. I have tried to get ahold of them multiple times with no explanation on why it has taken so long or when they sold my console. The contract states they pay me within 90 days and it has been past that.Desired Settlement: Full payment of 18,000 dollars for the Paul Evans console and the return of other items on consignment.

Review: In July 2014 I entered into an agreement with Todd Merrill studio to sell a Paul Evans Cityscape Chrome and Burl Wood Table, signed c. 1969 on consignment. The agreement provides that I will receive my "return" (consignment payment) within 30 days of sale and receipt of full payment.

Todd Merrill had the table picked up and delivered to its studio for sale in August. I was advised on November **, 2014, that the table had sold and I would receive my payment within 30 days as per our agreement. When I finally reached [redacted] at Todd Merrill on January **, 2015, I was advised that payment had just been received from the buyer and I would receive my payment by the end of the month. Payment did not arrive. I have spoken to [redacted] regularly over the last 3 months - daily in the last weeks. He just tells me I will get paid eventually, but he does not know when [redacted] will authorize it and will not explain why there is a delay. [redacted] has not returned any of my phone calls.Desired Settlement: Remit my consignment payment of $4,500 immediately.
