Todd Pierce Associates

Review: I gave Todd Pierce Associates my income taxes form and information for several years worth . I paid the fee $1200.00 . THEY WERE NOT DONE . I resubmitted the information, and paid another fee to have them done , was told by pierce that he was sorry and would complete the tax form and submit them .THY WERE NOT DONE . I recievedletter from the IRS that tax form were not done , I called Todd pierce Associates told them that I had gotten notice from the irs that the form wrer not done . I went to the irs office in [redacted] and got an accounting list off allthe forms/years that were never sent in. Then with ithis information Todd Pierce Associates completed the forms and sumitted some of the years ,I sent the rest in .this took several years to complete , icalled todd pierce office many times to try and settle this ,no response,no return calls

I was fined late fees and penitilies by both the irs and nystate incomtax in excess of $10,000 and have my pay check guarenshed and the resulting problems at work

I lost all my federal tax refunds for these yearsDesired Settlement: I want to be rebemburesed for allthe fines and lost refunds =$20,000.00
