While [redacted] is a team member of ours and we work in the same office, as individually licensed realtors we are each compensated and held accountable under the [redacted] brokerage as independent contractors. I am not Mr. [redacted]’s “boss” as suggested, nor am I privy to the documents or communication log(s) of his files. Any grievance Mr. [redacted] has should be directed through a more appropriate forum, namely [redacted] management &/or their legal department.I would like to note that the ‘Todd Romano & Associates’ team have consistently received excellent customer satisfaction ratings and we’ve been awarded the coveted [redacted] "Pinnacle Quality Service Award” numerous years concurrently. Personally, I have been certified with many of the largest corporate and military [redacted] organizations in the country including [redacted] Union and the [redacted] Corporate [redacted] Network, all of which require agents to maintain extremely high standards and excellent customer satisfaction scores"

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] I have made numerous attempts to talk to [redacted] and the office manager [redacted] at Todd Ramano and Associates. I also sent a message to Todd Ramano himself. Nobody in their office will make any effort to resolve the problem or get back to me. I have made over thirty attempts to contact them. [redacted] said he would contact their legal department and get back to me. He will not respond. [redacted] also will not respond.I feel that they think if they ignore me the problem will go away. I can assure everybody involved or not involved that I will not go away.

Review: [redacted] of Todd Ramano and Associates Century 21 Award located in San Diego,Ca misrepresented a condo I was buying in Chula Vista,Ca. He was my agent as the buyer.He told me the condo I was buying had an assigned parking space. Over the next several weeks I repeatly asked him Where my parking spot was. He kept stalling never giving me an answer. He kept telling me he would find out. I bought the condo believing what he had told me. I then find out from the HOA there never was assigned parking for that condo. I get a copy of the MLS and find out that it stated only garage parking no assigned parking. I feel he knew along and wanted to make a quick sale. When I try to contact him he will not respond. I have tried numerous times to contact his office manager and even the boss Todd Ramano. They all refuse to respond to me. I wanted to have some sort of compensation for being lied to.Desired Settlement: Some sort of financial settlement. It has caused me all kinds of problems because the parking is really bad.
