Review: I went to Purchase a CONDO. [redacted] ( you can google their ad) ... Went back 3 times. The third time I hired an Engineer , The sellers real estate agent mentions that it is NOT a Condo it is a HOA ( Home Owners Association ). That she is also surprised that the person who sells the most units there has not gotten in trouble or fined for calling it a Condo,( yes this is against the law) .It also means she knew it was not a condo There are many differences, including this location is [redacted] & you have to get Home owners Insurance , NOT condo insurance. None of the major carrierers will sell new Home owners insurance [redacted]. you have to go to 3rd party vendors , If it was a condo it would be $300- $500 a year ,Since it is NOT a Condo it is a home it is at least $1800 a year with a 5% increase most likely every year .It is FRAUD to call it a condo when it is not. Their ad even says "Is one of the Finest Condo Complexes on the South Shore" No mention of it being an HOA & that is where it should say it also I told this to Barbara S[redacted] & said I wanted my $515 I paid for the engineer , Since it is illegal to call it a condo when it is not.. She said she did not feel that is their responsibility . I want my $515Desired Settlement: I want my $515
