This letter is in response to the July 28, letter received from the Revdex.com, IncWe make great efforts to resolve any and all customer issues
On May 19, Mr*** *** met with our Sales Representative, *** Mc*** in regards to renewing his advertisement program
for the Bluegrass directoryMr*** agreed to two (2) Half Page Multi-color ads one (1) under the heading of Roofing Contractors and one (1) under the heading of Home Improvement & Remodeling for a total contract value of $He signed the Application for Directory Advertising (contract) and paid a deposit of $using check no(See Attached Executed Contract)
On May 27, Advertising proofs were emailed to Mr*** at ***con(3)yahoo.comShortly thereafter User-Friendly received an email from Mr*** stating that he was to have a Full Page Multicolor ad for $I reviewed the contract and nowhere on the contract did it state that Mr*** was to receive a Full Page Multi-color ad for $I emailed Mr*** a copy of the contract he signedIn previous years he did have a Full Page Multi-color ad but was paying $3,a year for thatOf which he still owes our company $2,for previous advertising
Mr*** informed me via email that he had recorded conversations between himself and the Sales Representative regarding the pricing of his advertisement programI politely asked Mr*** to send me the recording so I could listen to the conversations so, I could get this issue resolved and he refused to send me the informationInstead Mr*** decided to send pictures of his woundsNo one here at User Friendly Phone Book is disputing that Mr*** had two (2) hip replacement surgeries
Enclosed is a copy of the contract that Mr*** signed, User Friendly Phone Book contract terms and supporting emails between Mr*** and myself in regards to his claim that he was to have a Full Page Multi-color ad

I'm not sure I'm responding in the right place. This is just not what [redacted] told me. He really stressed to me that I was charged way too much for last year and that if I decided to advertise this year that I had a couple of options and he could get it done, and I have that on a message on my phone. I waited a long time for an answer and never received a response about proofs. They never responded at all. The book came out and I called numeriios times and no response until someone else from User Friendly called me tring to sell me advertising on Internet. After this guy relayed a message to them they finally called me but just told me there was nothing they could do.
