Todd Wenzel's Chevrolet doesn't live up to the standards of the Chevrolet brandMy vehicle had a seatbelt recallWe received a letter from Wenzel's stating that the parts were "available"I made an appointment to have the item fixed and get an oil changeWe had some extensive travel plans and wanted to ensure the safety of the vehicleI arrived minutes to 8AM, met with a service rep and was told they had to order the parts as they only ordered them one at a timeI said that I really needed to have the item fixed and he stated the parts would be in in about daysI then said I'd go ahead and get my oil changed and he told me there was about a 1/hour waitWHAT? I said forget it and leftI went directly to another dealership (without an appointment) and they said "Sure, we can do both but it will take about an hour")They had the parts on hand for the recall and did the repair and oil change in an hour and minutesWe went on our trip and were gone for a monthWe had been home for weeks and I got a call from Wenzel's service department stating that the parts were in and I could schedule an appointment about a week out(Three days stretched into 8+ weeks)I said I had already had it done and also to remove me from their call lists and databasesWe continue to receive unsolicited calls, e-mails, letters and other offers despite my telling them times now to stopThey don'tThank You for reading this and I hope it helps someone else in the future
