I am rejecting this response because: the delay was not on the insurance companyTodds body shop had my vehicle for 10days even with that todd bodyshop told me that my vehicle was goin to take 1/weeks which is within the 30days of my rental agreementIf todds bodyshop couldn't get the work done in a timely matter then theu shouldn't have accept to do the workAlso I got my car back after daysTodd bodyshop continue to give me rescheduling dates after the orginal date repair November 24, So im not responsible for the payment because its not my fault or responsiblity for paymentAnd keep all the negative post about todd bodyshop.

To: Revdex.com Customer RelationsMr***'s car has been ready for pick up at our shop and he has still not come to pick up his car. If he had come to pick up his car, we would have explained to him that his insurance company held up the repair process. The repair was
for a large amount of damage, including hidden damage that was discovered during the repair process; the insurance company wanted to use discounted aftermarket parts, but we value quality and safety over all else; we fought for and got the customer OEM parts for a high quality repair. We waited over a week for the insurance company to write the initial estimate and a second week for the insurance company to write the supplemental estimate. It took two weeks for the insurance company's supplier to ship the parts to our shop; leaving a combined total of four weeks delay caused by the insurance company. We agreed to pay for his rental from December 1st when his rental ran out. He is seeking $for delays caused by his insurance company. As a matter of customer courtesy, we will pay for his rental, but he MUST come in to pick of his car TODAY by 5:pm and any negative Revdex.com score must be removed.Todd ***Todd's Body Shop
