Good morning I have attached the paperwork that every member signs for our monthly membership programMr [redacted] came into wash on 1-and bought the membership came times and last visit was on 1-and his day cycle would have hit his card auto-Bill 2-We have been opened since Dec15' and currently we have in excess of paying monthly membersSo in response to this my staff and myself clearly explain the way the memberships work take care and have a great day! ***

Clearly review asterisk on this sign and you will see non factory installed itemsTtrailer light extension that was installed by ***s after purchase is considered non factoryAlso the loose hanging wire was tied to the chain hook via my surveillance cameras upon entrance to the tunnelPer
claimant she had tied it up to prevent the extra hanging wire to not touch mufflerRead the *on the sign!

My stance is still the same as before he signed the document clearly stating auto bill every daysBut he can come by the wash and I will give him a $dollar gift card for future use at my facility thanx *** Sent from my iPhone

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]His employees have no reason to touch my vehicleHis employee did not secure the wire which ripped the harnessing systemHis employee did not secure the wiring nor did he ask any questions regarding sameI complied with the owners request and spent hours off of work to assist himI was not going to go thru tunnel if I had to remove hitchIt was not just the connector itself but the entire housing unit that is required to attach the connectorIf his employees are not trained to remove something from a vehicle then they should not be allowedFurthermore, if they did not know what to do with the wire then they should have at least asked the protocol they should useThere was no communication between me and employee except to proceed thru tunnelThe wire was ripped from the vehicle in the tunnel because after going thru same, the wire was not there as I would have seen it when vacuumingI spent a lot of time removing articles from inside my vehicle to place in my rear compartment.
