There was Freon leak in that refrigerator condenser which we fixed and after a few days refrigerator broke again with a different problem...and returned there 275$ already been processed....Now they are saying that we broke there inverter which already been hanging there and treated by previous
repair companies when this refrigerator was under warranty and got repaired six months before too

Tell us why here...There was Freon leak in that refrigerator condenser which we fixed and after a few days refrigerator broke again with a different problem...and returned there 275$ already been processed....Now they are saying that we broke there inverter which already been hanging there and treated by previous repair companies when this refrigerator was under warranty and got repaired six months before toothe Hanging Inveter but 100% functional what should I tell the customer that it is hanging there but 100% functional so you have to replace it I can prove that hanging inverter has no problem for doing its job for last three years because after we fix the freon leak in system it worked for a week if it was shorted or broken( as cstomer is mentioning broken mean not working) that statement is wrongif he has that inverter we can prove it other wise we have inverter which we can hang there and they do there job 100% ....when we first disgnosed compressor was turning on with that hanging inverter and when visited last time it was still turning on the compressor there is no reason to scare and charge the customer for his working components for cosmetic damage ...we did not damage that inverter board it was hanging before us we have no responsibility for that inverter

I am rejecting this response because: it is false The *** repairman said it was broken by the repairman If Alliance said it was already broken why didn’t they inform me of this ? Per the *** repairman the workmasnship was unsatisfactory Previous to Alliance performing the repairs, there was only a single repair performed on this refrigerator and that indeed was a warranty claim over years ago There is no way that the refrigerator could function with a broken inverter for that long per BoschAlliance needs to own up to their faulty workmanship and do the right thing
