I purchased a recliner APRIL 202 insisting on their best to “not sell me a cheap one with the springs that break, we had those when we were younger but no more!” We are working class people and yes $600 is a lot to us. My wife is fighting Stage 4 breast now surviving since 2016 and we have caught up on bills, out with some old furniture! They sold me a Best brand top of the line new just received rocker recliner. $600 plus tax. They told me “never seen these break”. At about a week the springs on one side broke! Called them but they “didn’t have any help available to get it”, had to haul it back to them. Four men are near front door when I get there moving things/cleaning! (I have a degenerative back.). The several “unavailable” men replaced spring. I hauled it back home. About 3 days later other side spring broke. Called them “they just didn’t know what to do, couldn’t get it.” “Owner is in poor health and she needed to speak with him.”After several days of being put off over phone, I hauled it back to them. This breaking spring issue was exactly what I told them not to sell me or “I would be fighting mad!” Went in and of course lead sales lady “just doesn’t know how to help me.” I politely asked “to refund my money”. She said “oh we aren’t going to do that.” I told her the defective chair was at her front door and I wasn’t happy.” Regretfully I paid with debit card and they are off and running with my money! Do not pay these people but with a purchase protected Visa or MasterCard. They also insist all sales are final...AFTER you have a problem! BUYER BEWARE!

This is the first I am hearing about this complaint. I will contact the manager at the Reidsville store ASAP and find out what is going on with the customer and their furniture. I will let you know more as sson as I talk to both parties.

to help resolve this issue. She responded promptly with everything I needed and we have ordered new parts to repair the damages to the customer's furniture. We are waiting for the parts to arrive.
