Review: As a follow-on to my prior complaint --Kitchen is currently inoperable this is health hazard because I have 4 young children with one being a baby. My oldest daughter [redacted] has chronic asthma. I am unable to take care of my children basic necessities. When the contractor broke my pre-existing granite countertop it damaged my plumbing to kitchen faucet, water line to dishwasher and refrigerator. At present I do not have a functioning kitchen with running water.The contractor refuses to remove hazard debris from my property. I reside in a HOA community there's debris strewn in my yard, decks with exposed upright nails, nails were left on my flooring in my home and driveway. When I asked the contractor to remedy the problem he simply stated, "I am taking a break from your job today; I will be by to complete your half of house. While I did honor the contractual agreement the contractor is asserting slow payment even though work contractually remains incomplete he is demanding the balance of the payment in the amount o $248.00 before completing my job to include installation of vanity, crown molding, replacing my granite countertop, repairing water damage to my basement that was incurred due to his error, painting, installation of hardware to my cabinetry.Desired Settlement: Replacement of granite countertop, damaged ceiling tiles, damaged cabinetry, flooring, removal of debris, reimbursement for broken dishes and other household items, any other additional remedy for being inconvenieced by not having an operable kitchen
