Todd's Screen & Repairs just finished my father's pool and back enclosure yesterday and it made such a difference! We received an estimate February 13, 2020 and was able to schedule the day of install for March 3 & 4th, 2020. The two gentlemen were on time, efficient, and courteous on both days of install! We were amazed by how fast that they were in performing their skill! They both are a great asset to your company and we thank you for your time! Great job! We Highly Recommend your company!

Excellent customer service, timeliness, quality work coupled with a fair price...it doesn't get any better.

We were referred to Todds Screening from someone in our Community. We called in the middle of July and made an appointment for August 8 between 8-12 to get an estimate to rescreen our lanai. On August 6 a representative called and said someone would be here between 9:30-10:00. Today, the representative came to our door at 10:30 and my husband jokingly said he was late. The representative said what time is it and my husband responded 10:30 . The representative abruptly said well then I guess I will leave, and he stomped back to his truck. Is this the way they treat their customers? We definitely will be putting the word out to our fellow neighbors about this company!

Thank you, This incident was reported to the office by the technician upon his leaving the site. "Someone would be here between 9:30-10:00" we can only give an estimated time of arrival due to the fact that we do not know exactly how long the appointment before you will be. Times vary depending on what the needs of the customer are and sometimes they run over the 30 mins.
Upon the technician greeting your husband at at the door, he was not greeted back with a joke. The technician was Rudely told by Mr. F that his wife was told by the office that he would be there by 10am and then the technician asked him what time it was, 10:30. The husband then turned around without saying anything further or regarding the estimate and walked away from the technician. At that time the technician responded "I'm sorry that i'm late and have a nice day"" and the husband still continuing to walk inside slamming the door. The impression was that he was not wanted at the house.

I apologize for the misunderstanding but the technician would have no other reason for leaving without completing the estimate. We value our customers but we cannot service a home we are not welcomed at.

I just want to say there is two sides to every story. I happened to witness and see the whole encounter between my husband and the tech. And there was NO door slaming!

WORST customer service. I had arranged an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to get a new screen put on for my clients. They went out to someone else's property with out calling me to give me a heads up at the wrong time. When I called to ask why they showed up at the wrong property not during our appointment they said they didn't know.
I asked about rescheduling and they said it would be another 2 week instead of going down the road to complete the job. I have been waiting for 2 week and now have to wait again.
I will be calling another company and never referring Todd's screen to anyone.

We are sorry for any inconvenience. However the appointment was scheduled with the address that we were given (your parents address) which we tried to explain to you. We do not have addresses on file unless you are a previous customer, which in this case neither of you were. There is no other way we would have this information. We also called yesterday to confirm your appointment and did not receive a call back. Our crew did happen to complete their first job earlier than scheduled and we apologize for that. Upon arriving at the provided address, your father gave them the correct address and they explained to him that they would be going there after their next appointment based on the location.

I am not going to argue. You should own up your mistake. When I spoke with you on the phone about rescheduling the next opening you had is July 25. Showing up at 11:30 on a 2pm showing with NO early phone call is outrageous.

I was a previous customer just to prove my point in 2017 you did my screens. My father referred you back then and recommended I call you for this time. You will no longer have either business and the business we have referred to you.

Yes, we are very busy at this time and are scheduled up through August. Since you asked about rescheduling that was the earliest we could squeeze you in. Your appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and they were ahead of schedule in an attempt to beat the rain. We do apologize for this.
As I stated we were given the address and phone number by you when you made the appointment (which did not come up in our system as previous). They spent 20 minutes at that address speaking with your father. He gave them all the details about the job that needed to be done and the address. At that time they told him directly that they would be going there after their next appointment so that they would get there closer to the time you needed. You followed up after they left with a call and decided to cancel with us. Between the call with you and then your father we were told something different. They had every intention of getting the job done today, including starting a contract. We are fine with that decision, thank you.

This company came to our house to give us an estimate to replace our pool enclosure screen. The guy was nice and so we felt comfortable about having them do the job. The estimate was somewhat reasonable. Before he left he told me that the office would have to call us to set up an appointment to come back to do the work. When they called to set up the appointment we were told that the earliest one wasnt going to be until June 24th. 6 1/2 weeks later! That was disappointing because we needed the repair asap. But we bit the bullet and waited. There was no reminder call right before the appointment . Today, the 24th, 8am, no one shows. I called their office and the receptionist, who was rude, tells me that she will have to call me back. Then they call my husband and tell him that all of their installers had quit. REALLY??? They did not have the courtesy to call us until the actual day had come? I dont understand why these people are still advertising their services if they have no one to actually do the work. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They only waste peoples time and they dont give a damn about the customer. I would have given them zero stars but they didnt have a zero box to check. Customer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with us.
We are currently in the height of our busiest season (as are most screen companies currently) we let all our customers know at the time of the estimate that we are scheduled out 3 - 4 weeks or so.
We are a small company and unfortunately one of our main installers did quit without any notice last week, which did leave us short handed to complete entire re-screens of that size at this time. We called all of the customers and left messages, I greatly apologize if you did not receive the notice.

We strive to do our best for everyone. Even if it's finding another company that can fit someone in, we will do so. We appreciate all of our customers!

We are actively hiring for a new installer and will be able to take on full re-screen of pool enclosures soon.

Basically, Todd's Screen Repairs dropped the ball in this situation and as has become typical is trying to blame the customer in some ridiculous way.We agreed to wait 6 1/2 weeks for their services (more than 3-4 weeks as they point out). They absolutely did NOT call us at any time to discuss the fact that they were experiencing installer issues, or that they would have to cancel our appointment with them for Monday, the 24th.And they did not leave a message. Furthermore, when the person from Todd's Screen Repair called to tell us that they could not do the work this person at no time offered to help us find another company to come instead. Their comment above that states that that is something they strive to do is preposterous. I stand by my first comments that were made because their response to our complaint was less than truthful!
