I ordered a Lego set on Sunday 11/15/and when I went to look at my account on 11/17/it said the order was cancelled No email had been sent and I had not been contacted to let me know that the order was cancelled and why So I emailed customer service and got a response that it wasn't "in stock" and that all the time had been used to try to locate the product that your website does not display as "out of stock" and no real reason why I wasn't INFORMED that an order was cancelled I came back the next day to order the same set, still listed as available The next morning in checking my account, the order was cancelled again and again no notification So I ordered the set AGAIN because my son really wants it and I have been looking for it since last Christmas at a price I could afford This morning I check my account and again the order show "cancelled" and no notification that it was cancelled or why When I search for the product again not only does it NOT say "unavailable" or "out of stock" but the price was DOUBLED This is ridiculous and seems incredibly dishonest, not to mention customer service and communication is non existent
