Hi ***,
I wanted to touch base regarding the letter we received in the mail referencing a complaint #*** I am the operations
manager and have touched base with all shift managers about the complaint *** states that she has called 4-weeks in a row as has claimed that we are out of short ribs The beef short ribs are offered as a daily special on Sunday's only They are slow smoked and "while supplies last" That being said, we actually HAVE NOT ran out of the product in at least the last two months When I asked the shift supervisors if they had ran out of any sides, they said no to those as well I pulled receipts from other guests and found their statements of such to be true We have other guests receipts purchasing short ribs as late as 8pm (we close at 9pm) The last three weeks I have not even had a female manager running the day shift, which would cover the 2-3pm time frame she states she has called
It is our operations that we smoke at least orders or short ribs, once they sell out, they are gone I would be more than happy to accommodate *** by allowing her to place a call ahead order on a Saturday or early Sunday morning for the short ribs so she can be assured to take advantage of the daily special Our side dishes rarely, if ever, run out
It is also our operation to answer the telephone stating our name in the opening statement: "Hi, thank you for calling Crooked River BBQ this is _____________How may I help you?" I can assure you that our shift supervisors here are well trained, polite and extremely friendly I am actually very proud of the management team and staff that we have here
The Mentor location was simply transitioned from Old Carolina to this new brand we created and we realized that it was not an ideal location for the product and brand All of the Mentor location equipment is being reinvested into a new location which will be opening within the next year
Please let me know if there is any other way that we can assist with this complaint I would love to even provide the receipts if you would like of what other guests have purchased!
