The customer purchased the [redacted] Kit for $We give each and every customer a tutorial on how to operate their new vapeEach and every oneShe bought the vape early in the afternoon, and that evening she had a question about it, which is understandableShe said she was too tired to come back into the shop to let us have a look at it, so, out of the goodness of his heart, and the desire to help this lady quit smoking, my employee [redacted] went to her house, after business hours at 9:pm to help her and see what was going onThere was nothing wrong with the device, she simply didnt understand some of the things that were explained in her initial tutorial at the time of purchase [redacted] then followed up with her a couple of days later, and she stated how happy she was with the deviceThe following day, she called [redacted] to say something was wrong, and he talked with her and walked her through some troubleshooting tipsHe told her to bring the device up to the shop so we could have a look at it and fix whatever issue she was havingShe became angry and came up to the shop a few minutes laterShe wheeled her vehicle into the parking lot very fast, parked and came insideShe slammed the device on the counter and said "I want something better." We looked the device over and within seconds had it going againThere IS NOTHING WRONG with her [redacted] It is a personal use item, and as such can only be returned due to a manufacturer's defectAgain, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the device, this customer just doesnt want to take the time to get familiar with the productWhen this was explained to her, she jerked up her [redacted] and exclaimed " [redacted] ***!!" several times as she walked out the doorI will not issue this customer a refund, nor will I exchange it since there is absolutely nothing wrong with itShe can take her business elsewhere, we are far better off without this customer.Thank You, [redacted]

There was nothing wrong with the device, she simply didnt understand some of the things that were explained in her initial tutorial at the time of purchase.
