I am rejecting this response because: We were a month late closing on our house is why we had to change the delivery dateNot due to the balance that was owedIf you don't believe that you can contact *** *** with *** ***. However after I filed this complaint they did show up on Friday March 25th unexpected and unannounced to pick up the shutters thankfully I was homeThey did bring back repaired or replacement shutters and installed them on April 1stThis has finally been cleared up at this pointBut his answer was not acceptable by any means.I will not recommend him to anyone or use him againCustomer service is terrible
