On 12/9/I purchased two items from Toggle Home at the total price of $and was guaranteed delivery by 12/24/ On 12/22/I had not received the items and hadn't received any correspondence from Toggle Home and tried calling the phone number provided The phone rang and rang, there was no outgoing message, no answer, and no way to leave a message On 12/23/16, still no items, I again called the number with the same results I then emailed Toggle Home (TH) asking where my items were and received the following response: "Your order shipped this weekYou should receive it today." On 12/24, 12/25, and 12/I alerted TH that I still had not received my items They blamed [redacted] and said they would track it On 12/28, 12/30, 12/31, 1/2, and 1/I emailed TH, requesting a tracking number As I type this complaint I have not received my items and I have not received a tracking number The handling of this on TH's end has been completely unprofessional and at times even blame

I bought a necklace in late August, paid for it and its shipping as I was moving out of state When I had not received it in early October (was told it would be 3-weeks), I contacted the owner via email, who replied immediately that it was on its way I still didn't receive it, and emailed three more times - she never answered I called in late November and left a message Her assistant called me back a week later to say they didn't know the necklace was to be shipped but they would send it right away (I gave her my address again) Two weeks went by, NO NECKLACE I have emailed and called since then, to no avail I called again this morning and there was no answer - no place to leave a message or anything
