BEWARE!!! Two service visits with improper diagnosis and repair from
Tognarelli Heating and Cooling resulted in two fire department visits and an ambulance ride to the emergency room for carbon monoxide poisoning! EMT's, firemen and the emergency room doctor all said that if my son had not heard the carbon monoxide detector that we wouldn't have woken up in the morning! When I discussed the bill with Joel (the owner) he said, "Here's how it's going to work... I am going to send you a bill and you are going to pay it! If you don't then I am going to take you to court". When I confronted him about improperly diagnosing and repairing our furnace, he said, "If you try to take me to court then I will say the carbon monoxide was because you didn't maintain it!" Despite me asking if I should schedule a cleaning when he came the 1st time and he said, "No, everything looks good." Think before choosing Tognarelli as you literally may be taking your life in your hands!
