I am the sales Mgrfor Togo MotorsMr [redacted] purchased a Nissan truck form our dealershipknowing he purchased the truck as-is, no warrantyHe did come back a couple of days later with a check engine lite on and we, at Togo Motors carried the truck to [redacted] shop that works on our cars to fine the problem and we spent on repairing Mr [redacted] truck.However the check engine lite came back on and we told him to bring it back and let [redacted] s lookat it again, but he never did bring the truckThen he wanted his money back and said he was goingto hire a lawyer, and that is when I told him to have his attorney to call usThe problem is everonewants something for nothingHe had dollars down and had the choice to have a warranty or not

cars to fine the problem and we spent 485.00 on repairing Mr. [redacted] truck.However the check engine lite came back on and we told him to bring it back and let [redacted]s lookat it again, but he never did bring the truck. Then he wanted his money back and said he was goingto hire a lawyer, and that is when I told him to have his attorney to call us. The problem is everonewants something for nothing. He had 500.00 dollars down and had the choice to have a warranty or not.

I am rejecting this response because: I paid 700 down and have receipt. Engine light came on on my way to sigh finance papers for purchase! Which is about 3 miles away. At that point he was at shop too. He told me to take truck to [redacted] shop. Truck was put on diagnostic test and he saw that converters where bad . And a couple of sensors were bad . He fixed sensors but not converters. So 2 more times I took truck back and he unhook battery to make engine light go off and reset. I tried calling but no answer anymore. I wouldn't have never left with the truck if wouldn't have promised to get the engine light off. Then they give out fake business cards that say no financing over 13%, but mine 22%
