Thank you so much for contacting me regarding this issueI never received the email until Friday [redacted] ***'s original appointment was August 21st at pm which was rescheduled to August 27th at pm (not on 9/2, I do have records for proof)She didn't arrive so I called at 5:and she stated she was lost, I offered directions and told her she could come for her appointment, however her massage would be shortened I had a pm client as wellShe never cameI called [redacted] the following day to report what had happened She text me on September 17, (I still have the text) stating she wanted a massage and that her [redacted] can still be honored, which is totally correct for the purchase priceShe stated she was sick and on antibiotics when she missed her last appointment I replied that I don't have a opening that day and she could absolutely rescheduleShe would need to pay $cancelation fee, which states on the [redacted] to reschedule She never repliedI am small business owner with a very busy schedule, I work days a week, I don't have employees and I have several people on a waiting listMy time is important! As is my clients! That's why there is a policy in force it's stated on the [redacted] as well as my Website I do understand clients as well as myself can get sick [redacted] knowing she was sick should of called and canceled her appointment, however she didn't Again when calling her minutes into.her appointment she didn't think my time was valuable so she conveniently didn't come to her appointment Unfortunately that's not how it works I have policies like most businesses for a reasonI definitely can see Mrs***, however she will need to pay a cancelation fee of $like anyone else who misses there appointment which is stated on the [redacted] I am sorry she feels my business doesn't keep or honor it's services, she is so wrongI do, and I will continue too Thanks so much for your time.Jeanette J***

I called [redacted] the following day to report what had happened.  She text me on September 17, (I still have the text) stating she wanted a massage and that her [redacted] can still be honored, which is totally correct for the purchase price.
