ToH Design Studio

We hired ToH Design one year ago to provide design services for the interior a penthouse unit we purchased in a luxurious high rise project in downtown Phoenix. After providing an $8,500 retainer, we experienced excuse after excuse on why no progress was being made after 5 months. Meetings were set and cancelled until finally we were told the designer no longer worked at ToH. At that time the builder referred us to another design firm and we notified ToH we were no longer interested in working with them. Although we ended the relationship after receiving nothing of value, ToH has now ignored our requests for over a year for any statement of account or refund. Services provided included a meeting for us to define our concepts, a meeting with a cabinet making company, and a meeting where we discovered the designer had never communicated with the builder.
