Poor customer service. No follow through in returning phone calls. I requested them to check our air unit. A guy came to our house and met with my husband. Paid $75 but the guy never even got on the roof. He just checked our vents and the heat coming from our windows. That was not the service I asked for. Called them the following day to ask why he did not check the unit and the office told me they would get back with me. Never received a call. I followed up with them again. Again, took all my information and said they would get back with. Again, no return phone call.
