Dear [redacted] : # case id # [redacted] I guess the customer were confused of our menu we were serving in our regular dining tablesIf the customer paid his or her attention when he/she got seated, our host always asks if he/she wants to dine in grill table or regular dining table and it's because we have different menu to serveAnd the side order of our chicken fried rice is on our grill side table menu which is charged $extra because customers choose to have the chicken fried rice instead of the steamed rice that comes with the meal on the grill side table, we do clearly explains that it's because the regular price for the chicken fried rice is $and we are serving chicken fried rice on regular dining table only because of the high customer demandThat's why we don't have chicken fried rice price listed on our regular dining menuThe chicken fried rice price, Ms [redacted] stated on her complain is cleared printed on our hibachi side menu and I'm sure that our staff had given the same explanation to Ms***Ms [redacted] clearly knew that we have different menu, and on top of the menu it says "Teppanyaki Dinner", which is a grill tableIn a way customers could get confused of the menu, but we do patiently explain what it is and most of customers for understandHowever Ms [redacted] seems to point only the fact that the price she found on out hibachi menu without taking or trying to listens to our explanationWe will revise our menu carefully for the future so, customers wouldn't get confusedHowever, if customer only blind himself/herself of our explanation, there will always be problem Hope this explains Ms***'s complain Regard, [redacted] ***

if he/she wants to dine in grill table or regular dining table and it's because we have different menu to serve. And the side order of our chicken fried rice is on our grill side table menu which is charged $2.50 extra because customers choose to have the chicken fried rice instead of the steamed rice that comes with the meal on the grill side table, we do clearly explains that it's because the regular price for the chicken fried rice is $4.00 and we are serving chicken fried rice on regular  dining table only because of the high customer demand. That's why we don't have chicken fried rice price listed on our regular dining menu. The chicken fried rice price, Ms. [redacted] stated on her complain is cleared printed on our hibachi side menu and I'm sure that our staff had given the same explanation to Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] clearly knew that we have different menu, and on top of the menu it says "Teppanyaki Dinner", which is a grill table. In a way customers could get confused of the menu, but we do patiently explain what it is and most of customers for understand. I am rejecting this response because: I would like my refund of the difference and the menu clearly only had 1 item of side fried rice. I didn't ask for chicken fried rice nor did I receive chicken fried rice. My kids wouldn't eat the chicken.
