Like we mentioned in the previous response, if it was a charge made by Tokyo it would not be pendingIt would be process and charged and if like your bank said that we double charge and try to refund it the charge would have already process like the one that was an actual charge and a refund would be a seperate charge backThe fact it is still pending and has not been process and charge means the bank is placing a hold and as far as why there is a hold you would have to speak to the bank about that We have also mention we would be happy to provide charge statements from that night to show there was no double charge and that no additional charges were made to your cardOur charges for that night have already process and gone through and there is no additional charge to itI'm sorry you feel like the apology is not adequate but we cannot do anything if we have no control over the situationIf we could be of any further help please let us know

First off I would like to apologize to the customer if she felt like she was offended by the information she was givenIf she felt the response and conversation she had was rude and not up to her standards I would like to apologize again as that was not our intentI let her know that on our side
of the paperwork there is no additional charges and no duplicate chargers on her cardThe bank at times make pending holds against charges for reasons that I do not knowThe previous times that we have encounter this issue it was all on the bank sideFor some reason certain banks make pending holds against certain charges and like I mention we do not know whyHer statement will continue to say pending then it will disappearFor her bank to give her information stating that we double charge her and voided back is incorrect and we have all our credit transaction paperwork to support that If we did double charge her the charge would have been process and a seperate refund charge would show up which is not the case hereI have my credit charge and credit card settlements from that night that can show that no additional charges or voids or returns were charge to her cardIt was a singular transaction for the amount on her ticket and I will gladly provide the charge information for her card if neededOnce again I would like to apologize if she felt like the answer and response she got was rude and offended her and again that was not our intent and I sincerely apologize for thatIf there is anything I can do to help the situation or provide any information she may want in regards to her transaction I would be happen to provide itWe have been in SETX for nearly years and we pride outselves on honesty, quality, service and proper business etiquette and once again we do apologize if we have offended this client in anyway
