We want to share a very negative, abusive and threatening interaction my husband and I had with Mike from Extreme Landscape & Lawn Care His business # is [redacted] We live in Pittsford, NY and have a long driveway We contracted with this company for snow plow removal and paid him by the season He never staked our driveway so I contacted him to ask in the fall, if he planned on staking His response was less than professional stating that if he got around to it he would First red flag Second, right before Christmas we had our first snow storm and it was on a Friday I had trouble getting out of my driveway before 8am and then returned home at 11am and called him to ask if he planned to plow us out I left this on his vm and he never returned my call and did plow us out, but not until after noon Today, 2/13/17, I called him at approximately 7:45am to politely ask if he was going to be able to plow before I left for work at 10am and he became abusive and threatening He called me a [redacted] after he told me that all of his calls were audio taped for his protection He also informed me that since I called him, "he was not going to plow my driveway today" and that "I wasn't the first on his list" remember it was 7:45am, not am I hung up on him during his rant and contacted my husband who also received the almost exact abusive, rude and threatening response from him Please save yourself from this hassle and don't sign a contract with this most unprofessional man and company
I paid for a season of Snowplowing and did not get plowed out at all Owner is very rude Took him to court and won a judgement against him He is to refund my $per court order but has not done so
