I bought a runner from Wellesley Toyota year agoFirst,I was given keysWhen I got the car home, I discovered key was not for the vehicleI returned the key that didn't work and expected a replacement but was told I had to pay for another keyI ended up paying over $for another keyI would have refused possession of the vehicle had they only handed me key at the time of saleSecond, Included in the price was the inspectionI could not get back there within the legal time (I think days) and had to get it inspected near where I liveThey would not refund my moneyI was told that was their policyI paid for an inspection I never gotThird, They never cleared the GPS from the previous ownerHis address is still set as homeFunny thing is, the previous owner was an employee mechanic for the dealership who I was told had leased itHe was suppose to find the other key I was told he had and they promised me they would send it to meI never did get itI would never, never trust this dealership or buy another vehicle from themThey have absolutely no integrity

On both occasions their quality of work and overall service was nothing less than outstanding. Starting with [redacted] the salesman to the installation team they delivered what they promised and on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement doors or windows.
