We do apologize texting, it's not in our normal routine.  Our phone lines went down for several days due to moving to a new location.  We didn't want our customer to receive a late charge to her account and we like to protect our customers credit.  The employee texted "give me a call"...

she didn't want to release any info to anyone other than the customer.  We were having to make and receive calls from our cell phones for numerous customers.  We have never overstepped our boundaries as far as phone calls.  This customer has avoided us for 3 months, she has not contacted the office not once.  We only call the place of employment once a week, the customer has never informed us not to call her place of employment. Sincerely, [redacted]Supervisor for Toledo Finance

I am rejecting this response because: The phones being down is not an excuse and no I still have the messages and all that was sent was "Call me [redacted]" and when ask text back asking who it was, the next message was "Call Me". if she didn't want to give out information then she would not answer the phone and finally identify her self when I called and I was in that office and answered calls and said not to cause my schedule at work varies. I dont have a set schedule so  calling at that job all was harassing my old coworker. They were texting to collect a debt, which by law the have to Identify whether call or text who they are and That the call or text is about collecting a Debt. it Is also Supposed to be monitored for DocumentIons and legal matters. So no I reject.
