The Absolute Worst Experience I've ever had, in regards to Their Customer Service!
Highly recommend you do NOT use! I got a phone call back, after applying online, and the little girl was very nosy about what I spent my money on. She even asked me in a rude way, So what do I you spend your money on? To me this implicated attitude and conveyed to me that she disapproved of where my expenses went to, which felt like a personal attack of my judgements.
As I was explaining to her, she hung up the phone right in the middle of me talking!
I later received an email with Adverse Action of Denial.
My advice, Go elsewhere!

In regards to the most recent complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] , it Is standard collection procedure per our company policy to contact our past due customers to try to collect an outstanding debtOur current collection procedures and practices are in compliance with all applicable collection lawsMrs [redacted] signed and was then given a copy of a legal and binding contract which describes in detail the terms of her agreement with Toledo FinanceIf she no longer has this paperwork, we would be glad to supply her with new copies

This letter is in response to a claim filed by Mrs [redacted] , ID# [redacted] Mrs, [redacted] has an account with us at Toledo Finance and used her car title as security on her accountIt is my understanding that Mrs, [redacted] had her vehicle towed to be repaired by her own choice at Lynch Auto Repair but is now claiming that Toledo Finance must pay the bill on itAt this time Toledo Finance is ONLY a lien holder on the vehicle, not the owner of the vehicle For any further questions please feel free to contact me at our corporate office at ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: This local company has had an employee to make "Their daily call" ( as they would state) to me every dayThis company only wanted me to continue to make the payments
When I attempted to talk to the manager, there was no negotiating/negotation, as an optionMy amount "Borrowed" in July, 2012, was $
My balance owed as of 4/1/was $ I have been delivered by hand deliverery two notices/demand of payment.
I have made every effort to negociate an offer to this local company

I am rejecting this response because:
 
  6/26/2014: During the month of April, 2014, I went to the local Toledo Finance to attempt a settlement amount and told them again the status of the vehicle
and reminded them of the repair details.
 
As of today, a representative of this company calls me at least once daily. I have no problem with them calling because I have no other information to provide.
 
I had contacted this cooperate office in a Revdex.com Complaint months ago and I was advised of material they were to send me within thirty days, that I have never received. My oppinion is that this company have been over paid for this loan especially after after two years.
