We had a new septic system installed in our back yard 5/2019. The system was working perfectly and had been inspected upon completion by the wake county inspectors to assure it was installed and functioning properly per their instructions and diagrams they had given to the septic company installing the system. Immediately after that we contacted ***, as he had done yard work for us previously. we said we wanted the yard graded and for him to put sod down. Well he showed up with his truck and pulled it into the back yard right on part of the new system that was just installed. The ground was moist and his truck sank and crushed the new system in that area. When we noticed the system was no longer working properly from pooling water and the odor we called him and told him what he did with his truck. He said he was sorry and was really worried because he had no insurance to do the repairs. I have asked him repeatedly to come and look at the damage he did, but he has never come over and will not answer the phone. The repairs have still not been done and my back yard is dug up where the problem exists. we are able to get by using the old septic system which is still hooked up, giving us the option to switch back and forth between them.
